Materiale

• Composizione: Substrato in acciaio a basso tenore di carbonio con uno strato di lega resistente all'usura.

Plate Dimensions

• Larghezza: 1500x3500mm (custom dimensions available upon request).

Major Features

1. Composizione in lega:
   • Contains 5.0% carbonio (C) E 27-30% cromo (Cr).
   • Matrice martensitica con sopra 60% Carburi tipo Cr7C3.
2. Durezza:
   • Macro hardness of the alloy layer is HRC57-65.
   • Carbide hardness is HV1400-1800.
3. Resistenza all'usura:
   • 20-25 times more wear-resistant than low carbon steel.
   • 8-12 times more wear-resistant than stainless steel and high manganese steel.
   • Sopra 1.5 times more wear-resistant than general high carbon high chromium wear-resistant steel plates.
4. High Temperature Resistance:
   • Standard type: <600℃.
   • High-temperature type: <1000℃.
5. Resistenza all'ambiente:
   • The wear-resistant alloy layer is metallurgically bonded with the substrate.
   • Resistant to strong impact, with no risk of falling off.
6. Machinabilità:
   • Can be welded, taglio, curled, and punched.
7. Connectability:
   • Saldatura: Can be welded through the base layer steel plate for various structural parts or components.
   • Mechanical Connection: Holes can be punched using a plasma cutting gun and the plate can be fixed to protected equipment with bolts for easy maintenance and replacement.
