IL strato resistente all'usura is made from a high-chromium alloy.
Its composition includes:

• Carbonio (C): Di 5.0%

• Cromo (Cr): 27–30%

• UN martensitic base with a high volume of Cr₇C₃ carbides, making up over 60% of the structure.

Durezza

• Alloy layer hardness: HRC 57–65

• Durezza in carburo: HV 1400–1800

These values ensure high resistance to wear and surface damage.

Resistenza all'usura

The plate offers excellent durability:

• 20–25 times more wear-resistant than low carbon steel

• 8–12 times more than stainless and high manganese steel

• Sopra 15 volte more than standard high carbon high chromium plates

High Temperature Resistance

• Standard type: Withstands up to 600°C

• High-temperature type: Withstands up to 1000°C

Resistenza all'ambiente

• The wear-resistant alloy layer is metallurgically bonded alla piastra di base.

• It is strong against impact and does not peel off during use.
