Placa AR450
AR450 plate offers an optimal combination of hardness and impact toughness, making it a popular choice for heavy equipment operating in harsh abrasive environments. The AR wear steel family includes multiple grades—ranging from AR200 to AR600—allowing engineers to choose the most suitable hardness based on abrasion severity and structural requirements.
Para la minería, cantera, recycling and construction machinery, AR450 stands out as a versatile, high-performance wear-resistant solution.
- Descripción
AR450 plate es de alta resistencia apagado y revenido (q&T) abrasion-resistant steel designed to provide excellent wear resistance and high impact strength in heavy-duty industrial environments. The “AR” designation stands for Acero resistente a la abrasión, and the number (como 400, 450, 500) represents the nominal Brinell hardness level (media pensión).
AR steel plates are widely used in mining equipment, carrocerías de camiones volquete, cargadores, bordes cortantes, trituradoras, cement and aggregate machinery, and industrial wear components.
Common Grades of AR Wear-Resistant Steel
The AR series includes multiple hardness grades to fit different wear conditions:
| Calificación | Nominal Hardness (media pensión) | Uso típico |
|---|---|---|
| AR200 / AR235 | 180–250 HB | Forming parts, light abrasion |
| AR360 / AR400 | 360–440 HB | General abrasion with moderate impact |
| AR450 | 420–480 HB | Alta abrasión & medium/high impact |
| AR500 | 480–550 HB | abrasión extrema, limited impact |
| AR600 | 570–650 HB | Ultra-high abrasion, bajo impacto |
