Key Features of High Manganese Steel Plates
High manganese steel plates are fully austenitic, spegnimento, e non magnetico. These plates are known for their exceptional wear resistance, which increases when subjected to work-hardening from shock or high-impact pressure.
Caratteristiche principali
When severe wear occurs on the surface, the steel’s austenitic structure hardens, raising the hardness from 200 HB to at least 600 Brinell in service.

- Taglio: Can be performed using plasma or laser.
- Formazione: Bending and rolling are possible in cold conditions only.
