Key Features of High Manganese Steel Plates

High manganese steel plates are fully austenitic, クエンチアニング, および非磁気. These plates are known for their exceptional wear resistance, which increases when subjected to work-hardening from shock or high-impact pressure.

Main Characteristics

When severe wear occurs on the surface, the steel’s austenitic structure hardens, raising the hardness from 200 HB to at least 600 Brinell in service.

Processing Methods

• 切断: Can be performed using plasma or laser.
• 形にする: Bending and rolling are possible in cold conditions only.
