Material Composition

  • 耐摩耗性複合鋼板: Consists of a wear-resistant layer and a base plate. The wear-resistant layer, usually made of chromium carbide and carbide, provides superior durability and impact resistance.

  • 耐摩耗性複合鋼板: Applied in construction, machinery, 化学薬品, and power industries for chutes, サイロ, パイプライン, and pump casings.

製造工程

  • 耐摩耗鋼板: Strengthened through heat treatment and surface hardening.
  • 耐摩耗性複合鋼板: Manufactured using surfacing, brazing, and explosion welding to bond the wear-resistant layer to the base plate.

適切な素材の選択

  • High-Intensity Wear: Wear-resistant composite steel plates are preferred for greater durability and impact resistance.
