Various Wear-Resistant Straight Pipe Inner Wall Surfacing
- Description
The company introduced fully automatic wear-resistant pipe surfacing equipment to fill the gap in the production and sales of small-diameter wear-resistant pipes.
Ordinary base straight pipe + wear-resistant layer: automatic online surfacing of the base pipe, good welding forming, and smooth surface after welding.
Wear-resistant elbow surfacing: directly surfacing inside the elbow, using the shrimp joint form.
Fully automatic surfacing, metallurgical bonding: the minimum pipe diameter for surfacing is 80mm, and the maximum pipe length is 3000mm.
Wear-Resistant Pipe Cladding
The company has introduced fully automatic wear-resistant pipe cladding equipment to meet the demand for small-diameter wear-resistant pipes.
- Ordinary Base Straight Pipe with Wear-Resistant Layer: The base pipe is automatically clad online, resulting in good welding formation and a smooth surface.
- Wear-Resistant Elbow Cladding: Cladding is applied directly inside the elbow, using a shrimp joint design.
The fully automatic cladding process creates a metallurgical bond, accommodating pipe diameters as small as 80mm and pipe lengths up to 3000mm. Wear-resistant composite plates are utilized to manufacture various pipes.
