Wear resistant steel are produced from processes of hot rolling, cutting into length and heat treating. The products are characterized with small thickness, good flatness, outstanding wear resistance, excellent toughness, good weldability, good machinablility, consistent property and quality.
Wear resistant steels are developed for applications where high wear resistant performance is required, such as dumper, garbage vehicle, concrete mixer truck, industrial air fan, hopper, crusher, machinery for coal, grain, cement, grab bucket, etc.
NM450 steel plates are mainly used for charging cranes, excavators, dumpers, conveyors, trucks, breaking and cutting tools, waste disposal, and recovery equipment. Compared to the carbon steel plate, NM450 wear-resistant steel plate have high wear resistance and good impact performance it can be cut, bending, welded, etc. We conduct various tests like IGC test, positive material test, mechanical test, hardness test, chemical test, pitting resistance test, etc. to ensure our products are defect free and suitable for use in various environments. Additionally, we also provide third parties inspection on NM450 steel plates for 100% quality assurance.
