Characteristics

ALAND produces wear-resistant screen plates by cutting, drilling, and polishing surfacing wear-resistant plates. These plates feature a wear-resistant layer with a hardness (HRC) of ≥60, ensuring excellent wear resistance and impact resistance. They can withstand the impact and wear from material handling, screening, and high drops.

The wear-resistant screen plates also offer good heat resistance. By adding alloys such as vanadium and molybdenum, they can endure high-temperature wear up to 800°C, surpassing ordinary steel plates. The chromium content in the wear layer is up to 25%, along with other alloying elements, providing rust and corrosion resistance.

While the manufacturing cost of ALAND’s wear-resistant screen plates is higher, their extended service life significantly reduces maintenance costs and downtime. The cost-performance ratio is 2 to 4 times higher than that of ordinary materials.
