Loading Mechanism of Anchor Miners

  • Loading Section: This includes the shovel plate body, rake claw, loading motor, and reducer. The loading process occurs through the rotation of the rake claw, which moves cut coal, gangue, and other materials to the transportation section.
  • Transportation Section: Comprised of the front, middle, and rear transportation troughs, the scraper chain, driven by the conveying motor and reducer, continuously transports materials. The friction between the coal and the scraper chain causes wear on the middle plate, bottom plate, and side of the trough. This wear leads to material loss due to the friction and large abrasive particles, which create deep scratches and surface damage.
